International Law should not be seen as a barrier, but as the foundation for your global growth.

ABOUT ME

My journey in law began at the Federal University of Goiás and expanded globally with a master's degree in International Law, Investments, Commerce, and Arbitration from the Universities of Chile and Heidelberg. This experience taught me that understanding the laws is the foundation of everything, but the true strategic advantage lies in understanding the cultures, global behavior, and market trends of each region.

To deliver solutions that truly keep pace with the modern economy, I understood that I needed to combine a global vision with corporate reality. Therefore, I specialized in International Tax Law at FGV and immersed myself in the legal dynamics of Startups, Private Equity, and Venture Capital at Insper.

This combination of technical rigor and business acumen has allowed me, over the years, to guide complex projects and internationalize operations in a wide variety of sectors. I have had the pleasure of working alongside individuals and large industries in sectors such as agribusiness, technology, energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, retail, and infrastructure.

Regardless of the size of the challenge or the sector in which it operates, my approach is always the same. I don't just deliver rigid legal solutions. I like to understand your reality firsthand and design strategies that integrate innovation and social responsibility into your expansion.

The world is increasingly connected and full of opportunities. My mission is to ensure the precise legal support so that you and your company can take advantage of them with complete peace of mind and security.

Institutional Associations and Memberships

Throughout my career, I have held positions in several entities related to foreign trade and business development:

"Camila collaborated with the Kenyan Embassy in Brazil, helping to bridge Kenyan and Brazilian investors and opening doors to infrastructure and energy projects across Africa. She acted with professionalism, diligence, and efficiency throughout. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending her."

Amb. Lemarron Kaanto,

Former Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya, Brasília, Brazil

"We worked with Camila on the Strategic Development Plan for Brasília, where she served as both our legal advisor and project coordinator. As a Singapore-based consulting firm unfamiliar with Brazil's culture and business environment, we relied on her guidance entirely — and she delivered with professionalism, leadership, and passion from start to finish."

Raphael Chua,

Former Director of Strategic Planning, Surbanajurong Pte Ltd, Singapore

"We hired Camila's firm to conduct compliance training and draft international contracts aligned with anti-corruption policies. The work was conducted with professionalism and competence, fully meeting our expectations across two of our companies."

Mayko Alexandre Mattos de Melo,

Scitech Medical Products S.A. and CMS Medical Products Ltd.

"Camila assisted our companies in drafting international contracts, corporate agreements, MOUs, and distribution agreements, acting as a liaison with partners in China, India, the United States, and other countries. Her technical knowledge and strategic vision were fundamental to structuring our export operations with legal certainty. She is a precise, accessible professional with the ability to anticipate risks, propose practical solutions, and lead complex and strategic negotiations."
